This year our traditional Spring Seminar has grown into a comprehensive 3 day experience. By co-locating with the Sähkö Electricity Fair (15 000 visitors), we are taking over the Conference Centre to explore our annual theme The Next Gen.  

We have dedicated each day to a specific pillar of the industry: People, Business and Tech. Whether you scouting talent, closing deals or solving engineering challenges, there is a dedicated day for you.

The Finnish data center ecosystem is expanding rapidly, but our workforce needs to keep pace. For the first time, we are launching a dedicated day to bridge this gap. This event is about more than just filling vacancies; it is about marketing the industry itself.

For the first time, we are dedicating a full day to the engineering reality behind the cloud. This is a dedicated day designed for the infrastructure experts, specialists, and technical leads who build the physical layers of our industry.

Co-located with the Electricity Fair, we are diving deep into the critical convergence of power systems and data center technology. As workloads densify and grid constraints tighten, the challenge isn't just about software; it's about physics. Join us for a rigorous exploration of the power, cooling, and hardware solutions defining the next generation.
